Product Introduction

The S13-M.RL, S20-M.RL, and S22-M.RL series products are three-phase three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed transformers. Due to the perfect three-phase symmetrical body structure, the magnetic circuits between the three phases are completely symmetrical and equal in length, overcoming the defects of stacked cores. The cores are continuously rolled, with almost no joints inside and tightly wound by machines, making the transformers have the characteristics of low no-load loss, small no-load current, low noise, and significant power saving effect. It improves the voltage quality and power supply reliability, is a green energy-saving equipment that is beneficial to environmental protection, and is the latest product promoted and used in urban and rural power grid technical transformation projects.

Low loss

This series of products with a capacity of 30-2500kVA has a no-load loss that is 30% lower than that of conventional products.

Low no-load current

Due to the high-quality material selection, it is made of only about 7 silicon steel strips continuously wound. There is no seam inside the wound core and the winding is very tight, which significantly reduces the no-load current.

Low operating noise

Compared with the JB/T10088-2016 "6KV-1000KV Power Transformer Sound Level" standard, the noise of this series of products is reduced by about 10dB.

Strong short circuit resistance

The transformer body is in the shape of a three-dimensional triangular prism, with pull screws arranged around and in the center, forming an integral body with the upper and lower iron yoke insulation and laminated wood blocks, which can effectively resist the axial and radial mechanical stresses during sudden short circuits.
