Product Introduction

S13-M, S20-M, S22-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers have the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed transformers have eliminated the oil storage cabinet. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability, and achieving normal operation without maintenance.

The core of this series transformer is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is tied with high-strength non-weft tape to ensure the compactness of the core and reduce noise.

This series of transformers preferably use Dyn11 as the connection group to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.

This series of transformers has a fully sealed structure, which prolongs the service life, does not require hanging cores, and is maintenance-free.

The measured noise value is lower than the industry standard.

After normal transportation, this series of transformers do not need to be inspected for core hanging. The relevant parts can be installed and the acceptance test can be carried out. After passing the test, they can be put into operation.
