Features of prefabricated cabin
When the cabin is extra long or extra wide, a multi-module combination is adopted. The splicing units adopt a steel structure system, and temporary supporting columns are added at the splicing sections. At the same time, inclined auxiliary supports are used to increase the strength of the temporary supporting surface to ensure that the splicing units will not produce permanent deformation, cracking or covering parts falling off during lifting, transportation and installation.
Cabin anti-corrosion characteristics
After shot blasting and sand blasting to remove rust, the prefabricated cabin steel components are treated with anti-corrosion treatment (epoxy zinc-rich primer, micaceous iron intermediate paint, polyurethane topcoat, total dry film thickness>160 um, anti-corrosion level meets C4 level). The welding between the structural parts is full, the weld width is uniform, the weld is straight and regular, and the slag is removed and the paint is touched up after welding to achieve the anti-corrosion and anti-rust effect, without defects such as false welding, leaking welding, and pores.
Cabin cold-resistant and heat-insulating features
The prefabricated cabin body adopts a three-layer metal structure and uses "refrigerator" insulation measures and processes: double-layer high-quality steel plates (the internal filling uses polyurethane fireproof insulation materials approved by the Ministry of Construction to ensure the insulation and fireproof performance of the entire prefabricated cabin) + environmentally friendly metal decoration layer; the thickness of the door panel is not less than 50mm to ensure the "24 wall" insulation effect;
Decorative features
The preferred material for interior walls is rock wool composite board, and the interior decorative surface is pure white (if there are special color requirements, please refer to the drawing instructions); ensure that the surface of the decorative wall is flat, beautiful, and the joints are neat, without scratches, nail caps, glue stains, etc., and the gap is no larger than 2mm. All kinds of components are installed tightly without exposed wires.
Appearance Features
The cabin surface is smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, burrs, and uniform color; the facade is usually in the form of corrugated board, the top is a flat steel plate, the whole body is white (color code RAL9010), the company logo is sprayed locally, and the cabin function name is printed in the middle of the facade. The external facade footing is set to black with reflective markings (the height is based on the height of the lower channel steel).
