Product Introduction

YB(H)-40.5/0.4KV~1.14KV new energy intelligent booster transformer (European/Chinese style) is a product specially designed and developed by our company for the photovoltaic and wind power generation fields. The photovoltaic inverter outlet voltage is usually 0.4~0.8kV, and the wind turbine outlet voltage is usually 0.69~1.14KV. It is boosted to 35kV by the prefabricated substation and then transmitted to the 35/110(220)KV booster station by the 35kV cable line to achieve power generation and grid connection.

With 24-way rumor message input;

With 4-way DC input, it can collect transformer oil temperature and ambient temperature inside the box transformer;

With AC sampling function, it can measure remote measurements such as 1, U, P, O, F, COSФ, active energy, reactive energy, etc.

The electrical quantity protection functions include: transformer differential quick-break protection, secondary harmonic braking ratio differential protection, high-voltage side three-stage time-limited overcurrent protection with re-voltage locking, low-voltage side three-stage time-limited overcurrent protection, zero-sequence overcurrent protection, overload alarm, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, differential current over-limit alarm, TV disconnection alarm, TA disconnection alarm, etc.

Non-electrical protection functions include: transformer heavy gas protection, light gas protection, pressure release protection, temperature protection, oil level protection, etc.;

The following switch states can be collected: 35kV load switch position signal, low voltage side circuit breaker position signal, high and low voltage near and remote control switching signal, circuit breaker position signal, fuse blown signal, circuit breaker trip signal, box-type substation door open/close signal, etc.;

Remote control function: remotely control the opening and closing of switches with electric control function

It has perfect event report processing function and operation record function, and can save at least the latest 25 SOE change records and the latest 25 user operation records;

With communication function, the device communication protocol adopts the standard IEC103/104 protocol, which can be easily connected to the integrated automation system of various manufacturers, and the communication protocol will eventually match the integrated automation manufacturer's protocol;

All components including power supply, CPU, IO board and communication board meet the wide temperature range of -40℃~+70℃ and the device can ensure normal operation to meet the special environment of wind farms/photovoltaic power stations.
